1. Introduction

All business related contact, including but not limited to communication, consulting services, the creation of art, designs, logos, motion graphics and creative ideas ("supplied service") between you as a contractor ("contractor") and beren.net ("beren.net") is subject to the following terms:

By entering into a business relation with beren.net you agree to accept these terms and be legally bound by them. If you do not completely agree to all of the Terms and Conditions and being legally bound by them, you must not enter into a business relation with beren.net.

All intellectual property rights of a supplied service by beren.net remain the property of beren.net until payment by the contractor has been received in full. Unless agreed otherwise, beren.net retains the right to display the created material in online or offline portfolios, and presentations for the purpose of marketing and advertising beren.net services.
Any use of a supplied service by the contractor and/or their assigns prior to full payment of beren.net or prior to any written permission by beren.net is strictly prohibited.
The contractor is solely responsible for all copyright and intellectual property clearances of the supplied service and shall indemnify beren.net against any possible liable action. Before material is submitted to beren.net for incorporating into any supplied service, it is the responsibility of the contractor that said material must be free of any intellectual property claims by others.
The contractor will indemnify beren.net against any possible liable action resulting from a failure to meet these copyright and intellectual property clearances.

During and after a business relation both beren.net and the client will treat the information of the other as strictly confidential and not use any of the information gained or pass it on to a third party unless previously agreed in writing.
